Role:

1. Candidate should be Mechanical/Electrical diploma/degree holder. Having minimum 5+ years of hands-on on-site experience of handling the team
2. Candidate should take ownership of Project execution by co-ordinating with Customers, Contractors and the IEC Erection Team reporting to you
3. Must work closely with contract control department (Stores-Dispatches)
4. Monitoring Efficient Project Execution will be a key result area
5. Maintain MIS Records for site status updation ensuring efficient utilization of 3M (Men, Material & Money)
6. Manpower – Planning daily chores of Project Team for optimum efficiency

Mandatory Requirements:

1. Mechanical/Electrical Engineering diploma/degree holder
2. 5+ years of on-site project management experience
3. Strong Verbal & Written communication skills
4. Willing to travel to the site-location if necessary for co-ordination & resource allocation
5. Willing to travel within the Pune metropolitan area, within India & overseas if required
6. Own 2-wheeler
7. Solid documentation skills
8. Proficient with MS Office

Preference will be given to candidates having:

1. Project Experience in the elevator (lifts) industry
2. Familiarity with CAD Modelling (Reading, editing and preparing 2-D CAD Drawings).
3. Professional proficiency in English & Hindi.
4. Conversational proficiency in Marathi.
5. Knowledge of lift/elevator erection
